Artemis
Built and launched in Norway in 1926, Artemis, whose name evokes the goddess of hunting, was a former Norwegian whaler of the Artic polar seas until the 40s. Then, it became a cargo ship between Asia and America.
It was bought in 1998 by the brothers Bruinsma (1000Danish). Artemis underwent several changes to become a pleasure ship with a capacity of 35 trainees and 100 passengers. It has 16 double or triple cabins.
In 2001, after its inauguration in April on the occasion of the anniversary of the port of Hamburg, it paid tribute to the centenary of the full-rigged ship Duchesse Anne in the port of Dunkirk. In 2008, it participated for the first time in Armada of Rouen.
Participation in Armada: 1994, 2008, 2013
