Pen Duick VI
Pen Duick V was built to participate in the first solitary San Francisco-Tokyo race in 1969. Eric Tabarly won this race with a 10 day lead over the runner-up. Pen Duick V is now owned by the National Navy Museum.
Pen Duick means small black head in Breton (1000penn is translated as head, du is black), concretely, it is the Breton name of the black-capped chickadee, also called coal tit.
